Community Workshops

Collaborative indigo dyeing event led by Veronica Pham from the University of Vermont, Community Development and Applied Economics and Hiroka Shimoji from UVM Japanese Language Department.

Participants were provided textile fabric samples, tote bags, pencil cases, and had the opportunity to bring their own garments for dyeing. Students were taught to bind textile to dye as a resist.
